I stopped reading at "Some Sort of Ethos" when I noticed I have to scroll to see the whole post. So I scrolled back up now to see what the drama is about and sadly can't make it past the first three words for each bullet point.
Help me understand this, we basically have to make mod and spend hours in R&D before posting here?
due diligence...
now that the questions has been asked, is our affairs' in order?
looks at my laptop...
wow, first two replies explains exactly what's going on. OP ignores it and starts ranting regardless then expresses surprise when shit posting starts.
I was hoping for some cheats. fake news
how is the clan tags passed? That was added after I joined.
edit: just adding number of times map played sounds even simpler and a great idea.
pretty easy to filter those as duplicates with names like that.
axel12, i was not thinking of showing it as the quality of the current map loaded in the lobby. Just a general measure of confidence from the system.
Showing it for the currently sleeted map is an interesting idea, but probably more than we can expect from the single server setup that we have now.
Sounds good
Would an additional indicator of quality or fairness of rating help us? An algorithm that rates you on map diversity or game mode perhaps and displays that next to the rating.
No it won't, it's still the same game :OMEGALUL:
What would surprise you is a persistent economy where you can unlock nomads units in a fight, or just replace some units. Just adding a 5th faction is the same numbers of fingers short of a full forehead.
A new game mode would be required, something like galactic war. Unquestionably it would have to be a new game mode.
So what would surprise you?
