Crash with CRC error when building certain units

The game crashes and gives this message. It happens on building cybran T1 air and land factory, T3 support factory and T3 gen. If the problematic units are created by cheats, they don't cause this. Upgrading HQ factories also ends up in crash.

I was told it means that some files are corrupted. I reinstalled FAF client and cleared its ProgramData folder manually so all the changes to the game could be reapplied, but it did not help too. Discs were checked for errors, also nothing. And checking FA files with Steam says that 2 files become corrupted after each test.
