Customize Taunts, Need Help

Hello Guys,
i want to create my own taunt mod for FAF, but i am new to making mods.Ther are two mods, overwatch taunt and Lol Taunt made by Zook. I want to create a mod like them with my own soundeffects. Can someone help me how to create a mod like this?
