Matchmaking error message saying you caused a time-out?

matchmaker has given me a message that I have caused a connection failure while waiting for a game to load? the error pops up the message with the penalty and I don't understand it all I'm doing is trying to play the darn game I have good internet and a new router.
I find this very annoying especially when I'm not fault any ideas how to fix? -
I just got into a game, and it failed to load gave the message with a 30-minute penalty for nothing! excuse someone address is annoying glitch like really dumb problem!
