Friends / Foe list location

Hey there, FAF crashed last week and mangled my settings / friends / foe list. It kept the players but lost all notes, lost loaded mods, maps, etc.
Now I have a list of foes without the reasons why they were foed (some have solid reasons too heh). Curious where the file is stored so I can just reset it without having to wait for each player to come back online, which will take forever. Thanks.

There is no way to do this now in the client. There is a pending feature request https://github.com/FAForever/downlords-faf-client/issues/3168

The API can return the list, the client just needs to show it.
