Website Localization

Im currently taking a stab at localizing the faf website so there are more options than just English. at this moment in time, I'm just testing the mechanics on important documentation like the Terms of Service, Privacy and rule as they are just markdown files, but the aim is to add a site-wide option in the future
I could do with people who speak the following to help out translating bits of text every now and again.
