Java Entry point error with latest client version

Ran the client this evening, message says I have to update my client, have been using old versions no problem but now it doesn't run Get the following error and some more similar errors:

downlords-faf-client.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point JDK_Canonicalize could not be located in the dynamic link library d:\games\downlord's faf client\jre\bin\instrument.dll.

I tried deleting my "%Appdata%/Forged Alliance Forever" folder but it didn't make a difference.

Any ideas?
