Add radar jamming capabilities to seraphim t3 radar. They are able to use it in the campaign why not in play? They are a underwhelming faction late game and could use some buffs.
The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!
