Problem, game constantly losing connection

Hello, I am constantly losing connection mid game, it seems to be quite jumpy. Everything works fine, then suddenly, lose connection to everybody.
In the debug window, the column "state" shows all connected, but then, loses connection to everybody and has to reconnect. Sometimes it happens every minute.The column "state" in the debug window is very jumpy.

the exact same logo was also opened by ICElog and it showed the same thing. I deleted and installed everything for a long time. I used WinMTR, everything was fine. over the past 2 days, I was able to play 1 game and there were about 20 attempts. I tried to play with FIN, GER, US servers, but it didn't help.

How can I fix this problem? Saturn region estimates don't help, and reinstalling doesn't help. All tests on public DNS show everything perfectly. All internet speed tests show everything perfectly. This is a problem on the part of FAF. Help please
