The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!

Is there a way to may chat unclickable? Like when I am not typing and just playing, I occasionally hit where the invisible-at-the-moment chat is, and it opens up the chat, which is not what you want.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification).
