    3. Mid-to high-level players: Our hearts demand change, Adaptive Siberia, Adaptive Abusmal Lake.

    The main problem of tournaments is that it is difficult to gather those who want to, I help all Russian-speaking people to organize or briefly say "barker". But for about 2 years, there are no new active, non-toxic, non-title players. The problem is that now most players are overrated-so they are proud of their image, not a good game in the tournament. I want Morax's ideas to come true!

    Even putting together an entertainment tournament for Russian-speaking streamers is a very difficult process of communication with the community, after which I do not go to the faf for a couple of weeks.

    It seems to me that everything will work out if you play for avatars, and not for real money. The incentive to stand out attracts players, rather than the material one. This is just my personal experience.

    Now I'm more involved in interacting with ru cartographers and encouraging them. So maybe Morax is right. That some TD's are doing something else... I'm an example of that. I want to apologize in advance. But I will try to somehow find new talents for 1300+ 1600+

    The new map, specially made in mixed colors, pleases the eye, tactically maneuverable map that can be interesting to play in any composition.     I often face the problem that for the participants of any tournament, they are not enough of the reward for which they spend half a day of time, or even more. And then the organizer will have to serve TD as well. This is labor-intensive and will hit some hard.

    In any case, I speak only for myself. I think there are other TD's who also consciously do their job in the shadows and do not ask for anything in return. Otherwise, it will not create a very good environment. More scandals will start, God forbid...

    how to resist this, make a scout or a lab that will kill your scout in the obviously necessary passage, there is no such problem on the gap, this is part of the game, part of the skill. Moreover, examples of 20km maps where this scout goes to the goal for 3 minutes.... and if it was not detected, this is the problem of the players, not the mechanics or the features of the faction.
