Client IRC Chat Changes

As some of you may know we recently moved our client chat backend from unrealircd to ergochat.
This change has brought with it the ability to better support some of the new ircv3 specifications that we had not before. Some of these features include typing notifications, reactions, replies etc.
Today we also changed the configuration of the chat server to better support messaging offline players. Now when players leave they will be marked as away in the client rather than removed from the chat list. This allows people to message them directly and when they rejoin they will receive any messages sent to them while they were away. (Please note that you will need at least client version 2023.12.2 to see players as away. People on older versions of the client may see a larger than normal number of people online)
Some of these features have been implemented in the most recent client release 2023.12.2 so you will need to have the most up to date client to take advantage. Implementation of additional features are planned as well but first require a rework of the backend of the chat in the client itself.
As we work on all these features there may be some hiccups so please report and issues you have so we can get them fixed.
