Content managers supervise the operations and content on various media platforms, primarily focusing on our FAForever YouTube channel.
An example of the contributions of a predecessor is the conversion of tournament streams from the FAForever Twitch channel to YouTube. The streams are divided into episodes using video editing software. The episodes are released according to a publishing schedule to create a steady flow of content. All episodes are added to one or more play lists to help users understand what is and find related content.
Another example is the creation of YouTube shorts.
It is useful to be proficient with video editing software, but you do not need to excel at it. We may not be able to help you learn the tools of the trade. We encourage all graphics that are created for FAForever to have a Creative Commons license. We also encourage for all the sources to be released in a similar license. By sharing your techniques, fellow community members can glean insights and learn from your creative process.
You'll be granted access to the FAForever YouTube channel. By nature, this access is sensitive and we count on you to take the responsibility seriously. One small step towards taking it seriously is to enable 2FA to the Google account that you can use to access and modify content on the FAForever channel.
