Move changelog page ?

I find the changelog page appearing (on the first game after an update) when I enter the game lobby to be a nuisance. It's not a good moment to stop and read, let alone consider the implications of the changes, especially if you see you're the last one to enter the lobby and you know everyone will be waiting for you to x up.

Could it maybe be moved to auto popup on the faf client after an update, regardless of whichever tab the player has set to their default home tab? Just a thought.

@serpentor their has always been an in game changelog but if you want to read afterwards their one located patchnotes.faforever.com that you can use for all balance update.
