I suppose I need to write that if someone has clinched seed 1-12 for LotS they are not to play this event? Apologies as I thought it was obvious.

Just FYI, seeds #1-12 for the LotS is set in stone. You need not (and should not) sign up for this event if you are already in:

Under most other tourneys, yeah I get that, but for this I have to rule it out.
Kudos to archsimkat for reminding me, but I will be updating the event to include tie-breaking measures for the final 4 players.
