half of the participants have it late night
I have it 1; 00 nights at my partner's 4:00, and I know more players from this tournament who have the same, I think not everyone paid attention to the time
so everything is correct in time or did you confuse something?

Didn't pay attetion to that "UTC" ... 5pm CET makes a lot more sense : it's morning in America, not too late in Russia and Asia, only aussies are kinda out of it.
I don't know all players, but it seems there not a lot of US resident in the tourney
